Hospital 1200 I want to have a successful vbac this pregnancy

I would prefer to give birth at home but if unable to I want a natural birth none the less with no cord clamping and very hands off medically / doctor wise. No medicinal interventions and I want to give birth if at home in a birthing tub but if in the hospital then in whatever position I find comfortable but definitely not on my back. I dont plan on vaccinating my baby or anything like that, hence why home birth is preffered. I have tricare for insurance

If timing allows, I would love for close family members to be present for emotional support while still respecting the midwife’s space and ability to work effectively. My budget is approximately $5,000–$8,000, and I am open to discussing payment plans.
