Hi, I’m Syllona. I’m a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, hypnobirthing instructor, and maternal health researcher — centering well-being, equity, and accessibility in all that I do. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, drawing on my background in social work and over seven years of experience supporting people through major life transitions. I believe every birthing person and family deserves to feel confident, informed, respected, and empowered throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. When we work together, you’ll receive compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to your needs. I will support you in everything from navigating the medical system to preparing emotionally and physically for birth. My goal is to ensure you feel safe, heard, and deeply supported every step of the way. I have specialized training in supporting birthing people with a history of trauma — including previous birth trauma, sexual or physical violence, or experiences of systemic barriers in care.
