Hi! Im Chrystal. Thank you for being here! I’m a DONA-certified Birth and Postpartum doula dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to families throughout their birthing journey. Based in Littleton, I share my home with my husband and our beloved Springer Spaniel, Fisher. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Regis University and previously worked as a nurse aide and a midwife’s assistant, experiences that shaped my deep respect for both clinical care and the natural wisdom of birth. I began working as a doula in 2022, earned my certification in 2023, and have since had the honor of supporting more than 100 families. I have attended births of all varieties including home births, VBACs, cesarean, unmedicated, assisted, and more. Outside of birth work, I love spending time outdoors; identifying plants, hiking, camping, or simply walking with Fisher. I love the warmth from the sun and the sound of birds, they give me life! You’ll often find me enjoying a cup of tea with a good book, exploring creative outlets, or spending an afternoon wandering through Barnes&Noble or World Market. My guilty pleasure is rewatching media I’ve already seen and love, or rereading old books that I can’t forget. I like to think of my role as a consultant, advocate, and fairy godmother all in one. I support you in achieving your dream birth by offering continuous physical and emotional care, helping you maintain informed consent, and empowering your instincts while holding space for this incredible experience. I also work closely with your partner, giving them the confidence and tools to provide meaningful emotional and physical comfort. I value organization, timely communication, and nonjudgmental care. My goal for my clients is a labor that feels peaceful, informed, and joyful. In the labor room, my focus is always on my client’s comfort and their overall goals for birth. I prioritize finding the balance between letting labor unfold naturally and offering suggestions when they can truly make a positive difference. I often joke that just because I know Spinning Babies doesn’t mean I’m going to “flip you like a pancake”—those tools are there when they’re needed, not as a default. To me, your intuition is VIP, and medicine is a powerful tool we can use when it supports your safety and your vision. Past clients have mentioned my calm, reassuring presence and my soothing voice helping to ground them in intense moments. When helping families get acclimated at home in the first few weeks, my focus is on ensuring that my clients get off on the right foot. I prioritize guiding both parents and baby through the new life they are adjusting to, helping build structure and workflows that work for each individual family. My top two favorite parts of attending births are feeling like I have helped, and the look on your face when you realize; “I DID IT!” Thanks again for being here and congratulations!

Upon our first meeting with Chrystal she instantly entered our hearts. You can truly feel her care and compassion for this field. Chrystal was with us before the baby, during the delivery, and has continued to stay in contact. She stayed flexible and attentive during the birthing process. We felt very supported the whole way. We would could not recommend anyone more than Chrystal, and would love for her to be a part of our next birth story!

Hey there! My name is Naomi Carrington. I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum doula, Breastfeeding Counselor and Childbirth Educator in Louisburg, serving the greater Raleigh Triangle area. I'm passionate about childbirth, mamas, and babies, and I've dedicated my life to helping families experience a birth and postpartum beyond their expectations. Birth does not have to be seen as a fearful thing, but something women were designed for. Living overseas has helped to shape who I am today and the services I offer. Over the past few years I have mainly attended home births which is my 'happy place'. But no matter where you plan to deliver, I guide my clients in preparing both their minds and bodies for labor and offer full informed support of their choices. A few things that I impart to families are: education, the importance of body balancing, whole food diet and mental preparedness. Knowledge is power and a big part of what I do. Over the years, I have attended over 85 births and taught several classes. In my free time you can find me reading, working out, enjoying an iced coffee, working in the garden, with our many animals or cooking in the kitchen. I am from a big family and love making memories with them! I'd love to connect and discuss how we can meet your goals for your dream birth, postpartum or class experience!

Recent review

Having Naomi be there for my second birth was a huge blessing. She helped me be even more confident in my body and myself to be able to achieve the natural birth I was going for. She helped guide me to do certain stretches and exercises to help baby be in the optimal positioning for birth. She made my birth as enjoyable as a hospital birth could be.

Hi! My name is Amanda. I’m a mom of four and a postpartum doula, and I truly love what I do. I love taking care of babies, supporting families, and especially helping new moms feel more confident and enjoy motherhood in a lighter, more peaceful way. I know that having a baby can be beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming, especially in the beginning. My goal is to make this season a little easier for every family I work with. I provide newborn care, overnight support, and guidance with feeding and baby routines, always respecting each family’s needs and preferences. I want moms to feel supported, get some much-needed rest, and know that they don’t have to figure everything out alone. For me, being a doula is not just about caring for the baby, but also making sure mom feels cared for, too. ❤️

Recent review

This isn’t a review, but a thank-you. We had gone days without sleep, and Amanda agreed to support us with our baby, who was already 3 weeks old. Thank you, Amanda, because you brought calm and clarity into our home. As first-time parents, we felt lost and terrified, which left us stressed and anxious. You went above and beyond your job. You folded laundry so many times, without us even asking, that's mean a lot for us. You cared for my wife as if she were your own sister, helping her feel calm and confident in her journey into motherhood. Your diagnosis of tongue-tie was incredibly accurate. We can honestly divide our breastfeeding journey and our experience as parents into two chapters: before you and after you. Thank you so much for giving us far more than we ever expected.

Recent review

Working with Tia was one of the best decisions we made for our pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. From the very beginning, she brought such wisdom, warmth, and intentionality into every interaction. In our prenatal visits, she patiently walked us through what to expect, explained interventions in a way that felt clear and empowering, and gave my partner practical guidance on how to support me during labor. She also shared so much valuable lactation education that set us up for success once our baby arrived. When the time came for labor, Tia was absolutely incredible. She created such a safe and calming space, offering comfort and encouragement in every moment. She helped my partner feel confident in how to support me both physically and emotionally, and I will forever be grateful for how she helped us walk through that experience together. She was also the best advocate, ensuring that my wishes were honored and that we felt truly cared for and seen. Even after birth, Tia’s support didn’t stop. She has been a steady, compassionate presence—answering questions, easing worries, and guiding us as we step into this new season of parenthood. Her postpartum care has been just as meaningful as her presence at birth. Tia is a gift. She pours love and intentionality into her work in a way that is truly rare, and I can’t imagine having walked through this season without her.

Sage was a dream come true for us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cheryl and the support she provided throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. From the beginning, Cheryl and I connected so well, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. As a first-time mom, that was so important to me. I was in a new city, delivering at a new hospital, and trusting a care team I had never worked with before, so having someone in my corner who I genuinely trusted made such a difference. One of the things I appreciated most was how much Cheryl prepared both my husband and I before I went into labor. She helped us create our birth plan, taught us different exercises, positions, and circuits I could use to prepare for labor and during labor, and most importantly, taught us how to advocate for ourselves and communicate what I wanted during my birth experience. That preparation gave us so much more confidence going into the hospital. Her support continued immediately after I gave birth. Cheryl helped me navigate those first moments of postpartum, including helping my baby latch for breastfeeding, which meant so much to me as a first-time mom. She made sure I felt supported, comfortable, and cared for during such a new and vulnerable moment. What makes Cheryl even more amazing is that her care didn’t stop after I gave birth. Five months postpartum, she STILL checks in, not only to see how I’m doing and adjusting to motherhood, but also to ask about my baby and my husband. She remembers our names, asks about each of us, and genuinely cares about how we’re doing as a family. She has also made it a priority to hear and understand my experience as a first-time Black mother, which has been incredibly meaningful to me. Her support has never felt like simply providing a service and moving on once the baby was born. The connection we built is genuine, and it’s clear that Cheryl truly cares about the mother, the baby, and the family as a whole. I’m so grateful that Cheryl was part of such an important chapter in our lives. She made me feel heard, prepared, cared for, and supported during one of the biggest transitions of my life. If you’re looking for a doula who is knowledgeable and compassionate but also someone who will genuinely get to know you and care about your family beyond your delivery day, I HIGHLY recommend Cheryl. ❤️

I’ll be honest. I wasn’t sure what to expect when we hired a birth doula, but I can’t imagine our labor without Haley. She supported both my wife and me from day one. During labor, she stayed calm, guided us through every stage, and helped me be the partner I wanted to be. Her experience and steady presence made our hospital birth feel so much more peaceful and empowering. The biggest thing I noticed was how safe and confident my wife felt with Haley by her side. If you’re looking for a compassionate birth doula, pregnancy support, or labor support, I can’t recommend Haley enough. She was one of the best investments we made for our growing family.

I’m a DONA certified birth and postpartum doula who blends city grit with grounded, nature-rooted care. My journey began by supporting friends through birth and postpartum while navigating the unpredictable life of a military family. A path that taught me flexibility, compassion, and a deep respect for the strength of parents. Before becoming a doula, I worked as a corrections officer, where I learned to stay calm under pressure and advocate fiercely for others. Today, I bring that same steady confidence to the families I serve through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Once a city girl and now deeply connected to nature, I offer a balance of strength and softness in my work as a birth and postpartum doula, infant sleep consultant, and placenta encapsulation specialist. I also provide traditional belly binding support to promote healing, grounding, and body awareness during the postpartum transition. As a mom to two spirited boys and two lovable fur babies, I know firsthand how messy, magical, and transformative those early days can be. My goal is to walk beside you with knowledge, warmth, and zero judgment. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, supporting your body’s healing journey, or finding rhythm and rest with your newborn. I’m honored to support families through every layer of this season- body, mind, and heart.

From our very first phone call, I knew Lindzee and I would get along and work well together. I could not imagine going through labor without Lindzee by my side. When I went into labor, Lindzee came to our home and stayed through the night, helping me progress and supporting me through every stage. Once we went to the hospital, her guidance, encouragement, and gentle push helped me keep going, especially when we worked together to help get my daughter into the right position. Although my labor ultimately did not go the way I had hoped or expected, Lindzee was there every step of the way with love, support, reassurance, and comfort. She helped me feel heard and cared for during some of the hardest moments of my birth experience. One of my favorite memories that I still think about is when I needed a distraction during my long labor, and Lindzee and I ended up playing Tapple while my mom watched us. It was such a simple moment, but it perfectly captures the kind of support she gave me, helping me through the difficult moments while also making me laugh and feel like myself. We bonded throughout my long labor, and I feel incredibly lucky that I gained not only an amazing doula but also a friend through this experience. I will always be grateful for Lindzee and the role she played in bringing my daughter into the world. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

I'm still on cloud nine and appreciating all that Ms. Kristan has done for my wife and I. Never would I have imagined that we would find what she offers in value and service to support us in our Christian faith. She has changed our lives as new parents and how I see myself supporting my wife and newborn son. She was so gentle and comforting with my wife. She is the most patient woman I have ever met besides my wife and my wife is very patient. Everything we spoke of to advocate for, she gently reminded me of when we were preparing to give birth. I was able to help my wife in ways that I wished I could. My wife had the birth that she wanted and I believe that if we didn't have Ms. Kristan's support and wisdom we may not have been blessed to experience that. New dads need understanding and to learn how to support mom and she provided us with plenty of it.

I am a trained birth and postpartum doula and lactation educator (CAPPA) providing care in the New York capital region from Albany to Glens Falls. As a Registered Dietitian I enjoy utilizing my nutrition background to help clients navigate the demanding physical and emotional demands of pregnancy and postpartum. I offer comprehensive birth and postpartum support, including overnight care to prioritize rest for new parents. I also incorporate my knowledge of perinatal nutrition to facilitate a nourishing pregnancy and postpartum recovery. My philosophy around birth and nutrition stem from the same principle; that our bodies and intuition are stronger than we often realize. I embrace an intuitive eating approach which relies on tuning inward and building trust with the body. These same skills can be employed when preparing for birth. I believe that you are the expert of your own body, and I am here to be a trusted source of evidence-based information and emotional support as you navigate pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.

She ensured I felt informed and prepared for every situation through the knowledge shared during our meetings, & her calm & peaceful nature always left me feeling less stressed about my pregnancy & upcoming labor. Meghan was a constant presence during my very long & difficult labor. She helped me manage contractions, offered words of encouragement, guided me through various birthing positions, and made sure I ate & had water with electrolytes to stay hydrated. Throughout the entire process, she maintained her calm composure and demonstrated an understanding of my needs, even when I was uncertain. Rebecca was very thorough in the education she provided to us as first time parents in the lead up to the birth. There were 4 in depth sessions which were really appreciated and learned tons during. It alleviated some nervousness around giving birth. During the birth, she came over just before the baby was born at the hospital and gave me a massage and really helped advocate for my wishes as predefined in the birth plan (which she helped me develop). After the baby was born, we had a few additional sessions with her. She brought over bone broth, did a baby massage, and really made the day special for me with a tray of yummy treats. Additionally, she did a closing of the bones ceremony. It's really when i realized that in becoming a mom I went through a transition and a change that was more than I really understood pre-birth. I remain super grateful to Rebecca for the wonderful care she provided me during our time together. Thank you for all the training and education prior to the birth and in taking care of me post partum. I wished I had more time with her!

We can't thank Gabrielle and Dale enough for the care we received during one of the most important moments of our lives. From the very first call, Gabrielle went above and beyond, she reached out to us personally and, even on short notice, made sure we were matched with a doula in time for our son's birth. That kind of responsiveness and care told us right away we were in good hands. We were paired with Dale, and we truly don't know what we would have done without her. Dale brings decades of experience, and it shows in every piece of advice she gives practical, brutally honest, and exactly what two nervous first-time parents needed to hear. She stayed with my wife through long overnight hours of labor, and when things shifted to a C-section, she was right there with us in the room, just as we'd hoped and planned. Having her steady presence in that moment meant more to us than words can capture. What really set Dale apart, though, was how she showed up for us even after our son was born. In the days that followed, she kept checking in on us and sending along newborn care videos from trusted specialists, little things that made a huge difference as we found our footing as new parents. She also took the time to capture photos of us during the whole process and those very first moments with our son, gifts we'll treasure forever. We will never forget the time we spent with Dale, and we're endlessly grateful to Gabrielle for connecting us with her. If you're looking for a doula practice that truly cares about your family, look no further.
