My name is Gabrielle and I’m from Central Florida . I started this journey of birth world years ago when I gave birth to my son. As the years passed the birth world just stood out to me little by little. Becoming a Doula was something that I thought about but after witnessing my first birth with a family member that is where it sparked the fire . I attended a Dona training and other trainings that helped me get  certified as a doula and with placenta encapsulation. I have also birth assisted for a few years with local midwives . I continue to grow with every birth that I have been blessed to be a part of . It brings me joy to know i can help the  birth world one person at a time.

Hello, my name is Macey. I have been married to my husband for 17 years. I have two teenage children that are my pride in joy. I was born in Jacksonville Florida and lived there for 6 years. I then moved to Saint Augustine to help my family take care of my beloved grandfather (Pe-Paw.) I lived in Saint Augustine for 28 years and recently moved to Palm Coast Florida. My journey to becoming a doula started as a child with my obsession with the “A Baby Story” tv show on the TLC channel. Life took a different path when I became a teen mom. Now the path has brought me back and I am overjoyed to be working with pregnant women. A long-term goal for me is to become a Midwife. Some of my hobbies include baking, hiking, gardening, and knitting.

Hi, I'm Sarah. I've been a doula since 2017 and offer childbirth classes, prenatal yoga classes, birth support, lactation counseling, and day and nighttime postpartum care to families in the greater Orlando area. I'm also a mom to twins and trust me - I get it! I believe the birthing person should be at the center of decision making, starting with learning their options, receiving physical and emotional support throughout labor, and then being surrounded by helping hands and listening ears after welcoming baby home.

Wonderful doula! So important, especially as a first time mom, to have someone to ask questions, talk things through and be by your side in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

hi! i’m tamara niedermann, owner and creator of the kindred feminine. i’m a witness and student of birth and birthing people and it’s an honor to be invited into your birth story. i’ve always known i’m at my best when i’m in support of the people around me. that desire for deep relationship is what has guided my journey to birth work, herbalism, and supporting the birthing and bleeding people in my community. when my younger sister and her husband started their parenting journey, she started sharing the things she was learning about pregnancy and labor. as i watched her pregnancy unfold i learned there was another way. it took the books and documentaries i found, and new perspectives i was learning to show me that doulas, and midwives, and placentas, and breastfeeding, and herbal baths are all a beautiful and sacred part of pregnancy and birth. since then, a deep passion has grown from within me to teach others this new way to know our bodies, experience our menstrual cycles, and conceive and birth our babies. the kindred feminine serves all birthing and bleeding people through education; teaching bodily literacy, contraception, or conception through the fertility awareness method, and pregnancy and childbirth education; walking alongside people in their conception journeys, and in their pregnancies and their births; and creating medicine through processing placentas and herbal offerings. i'm a bisexual cis woman of color who uses the pronouns she, hers, and her. i’m a newlywed in my thirties. i'm the daughter of an immigrant single mother. i acknowledge that Black, Indigenous, People of color (BIPOC) have much worse reproductive outcomes than their white counterparts. i'm an advocate for all birthing people no matter their race, sexuality, gender, or size. i'm a birth keeper, and an herbalist. i make placenta and herbal medicine, and hold space for those who i have the privilege of serving. grace and peace and many blessings on you.

Hi my name is Chrystal Quintana, I’m a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Breastfeeding Counselor and Prenatal Nutritionist. I’m a mama to a beautiful 4 year daughter and a wife of 8 years. My daughters birth and postpartum which wasn’t easy is what drives me to want to help families have the best birth experience possible and help make the postpartum journey a little easier. Everyone could use a little more help and someone to advocate for them when necessary. I come along side the medical team to support and tag team with partners to create the best possible birth experiences. I would love to be apart of your birth team! 😊

Chrystal was an absolute blessing for my husband and I after the birth of our first child, Jax. Being first time parents can be so overwhelming, with so many questions. Chrystal guided us on breast feeding, baby care, sleep routines, and so much more. She made us feel comfortable doing things for the first time, and allowed us to rest and recover from our hospital stay, and get back to feeling like ourselves again so we could be the best parents we can be. Thank you Chrystal for everything you've done for us! - Hayley & Mike Lombardo

Hello everyone! Let me take a quick minute to introduce myself and this account ❤️ my name is Grecia Garcia and I am an aspiring doula aswell as mother of our beautiful Hadassah🥰 fruit of me and my husbands love and answered prayer. Our biggest blessing❤️‍🔥. Motherhood is a beautiful experience but can also be very challenging aswell. I am here to help out fellow mamas and pregnant mamas and help give some insight on what to expect in pregnancy and labor aswell as postpartum care tips on healing, breastfeeding, and just give advice and be of some guidance for parents out there✨ we have got to help eachother out and spread joy and positivity and the realness about being a parent and spread love and awareness. I am growing in knowledge every day and am SO passionate about everything that has to do with pregnancy , prenatal and postpartum care aswell as the labor and birthing process. If anyone needs support during labor I would be happy to be there as I am an aspiring doula and DONA International trained in child birth education, lactation and breastfeeding. Because I’ve been through pregnancy, natural labor and am now 10 months postpartum I can offer some hindsight, love and support. All the knowledge I have acquired I don’t want to keep to myself, I want to help as many parents as I can. Aswell as share with you motherhood and just be transparent about all that entails. Even though I had a unmedicated birth in a birthing center I am knowledgeable in all types of births and delivery and would be happy to provide support and doula care for all types of birthing mamas 💗😘 much LOVE to EVERYONE ~ Blessed Beginnings

I have been a certified doula for over 12 years, serving the Orlando area. I support Mommies who have hospital births, home births and birth center births. I provide support during pregnancy, labor & delivery, and postpartum. I love supporting women through their transition into motherhood. I am also surviving being Mommy of 4 :)

There is so much to say about Juana. She’s one of the most kind, loving, nurturing, generous, thoughtful and passionate human beings I’ve ever met. I originally had no intention of hiring a doula as I didn’t know what that role really entailed but after my midwife recommended it, I met Juana. She brought so much more peace, preparation and joy in planning my birth. Not only did she empower and comfort me prior to giving birth but the connection we built, helped me fortify my mind and heart that I was capable of having an unmedicated birth. She will be with you at every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend Juana enough to any first time mommy or any mommy that is looking for support and empowerment to advocate for themselves. A skill that is most critical in preparation for motherhood.

I could not possibly recommend In Joy Birth any more. Our experience with them was the first experience we had working with doulas and we had both a birth doula and postpartum doulas (2 alternating). I think this review is supposed to be more focused on postpartum so I’ll focus there, however I will share that we also had a birth doula, who helped make my wife’s home birth of our son incredibly beautiful. We first started working with In Joy postpartum when our son was 11 days old. My wife was having a really hard time with the limited sleep we were experiencing so we needed some temporary help. Chrystal showed up in our home just hours after we made the call! She helped us get our first (actually) restful night of sleep that night. Over time we also started working with another doula, Andie, who was also amazingly supportive of my wife and our son. We usually did 3 nights per week and it made all of the difference in our physical and mental health. All in, we stayed with In Joy for a little over 4 months and wouldn’t have changed a thing. We’ll absolutely hire them again when/if we have our second child. They made an incredibly positive impact on our lives and we are so thankful for them.

Hey y’all! My name is Adisela, I’m a mom of three boys, a Full-Spectrum Doula, an Infant Microbiome Instructor & an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor located in Orlando, FL. My passion for birth work began when I was just 5 years old, at the birth of my first sibling. Since then, I have been fascinated with all things birth, postpartum and everything in between. I am always learning something new and enrolled in some course that pertains to birth, postpartum, holistic healing and parenting. My practice is an unbiased, evidence-based and holistic hub of love, resources and education. I meet you where you need support the most, focusing on your whole being. However you birth, whatever answers and knowledge you seek, you will always be met with warm, open arms.

Adisela is the most supportive and soothing doulas you can find in the Orlando area. She truly loves what she does and you can feel her care and compassion as soon as you meet her. I met her through Central Florida Birth Network. She is knowledgeable, professional, passionate about caring for families and babies, and the most warm and loving people you can ever meet. I absolutely recommend her postpartum doula services. You will feel relaxed, uplifted, loved, and empowered. Having Adisela in your home makes all the difference. Postpartum is a time for moms to heal, to rest, and focus on caring for themselves and their baby. Adisela comes in and makes your home an oasis of calm, tends to your needs, nurturers you with homemade warm soothing soups, and helps you heal. She is a lifesaver.

We are a group of dynamic, experienced, and caring doulas. The doulas of Orlando Birth Support Company work collectively. For our birth doula clients, you will have two birth doulas who fit your location, personality, and style of doula support. One doula will be your primary doula who is expected to attend your labor and birth. If an unexpected circumstance arises, your secondary doula will step in to provide you with the same quality of birth support. Throughout your pregnancy, you will have opportunities to get to know both of your doulas. The team of Orlando Birth Support Company doulas gather regularly to provide community and to level up our skills. We are better able to support our clients because we have the built in support of each other. A supported, rested, happy doula is a doula who can give her best to the families she cares for!
