I actually found Stacy on Doula Match. Her reviews were amazing. Our birth went so smooth and Stacy was by my side the Entire time. She is so soothing! She was so calm even during a few times things kinda got crazy. I will hire her again for our next child!

Ive used Kara for both of my pregnancies/labors/deliveries and highly recommend Kara. I had two very different birth experiences and both Kara helped me through. Everything from being informed about what to expect, child birth and child care education, advocating for myself, thinking through birth preferences and answering any/every question i had. Kara was/is like a birthing best friend. Anything that came up with fears, challenges etc she helped talk through with me. Kara is so knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, i honestly could not imagine either experience without her.

We were very thankful to have Bethany as our doula. She was kind, calm, and proactive throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, providing support exactly when we needed it. She provided pregnancy support using The Body Ready Method as well as collaborative assistance in the creation of our 2nd Birth Plan and prioritized prior 1st birth trauma considerations. Our birth ultimately became an unplanned repeat C section, which brought back some anxiety from our first experience. Alivia was my doula for my third pregnancy from my second trimester through birth. I had never used a doula before, but I loved my experience. Our first meeting to establish what my goals were for pregnancy and what I needed from her were so helpful to get my focus set on this pregnancy and really set aside time to think and plan. The prenatal meetings were full of great info on ways to have a healthy pregnancy and ways to labor naturally like I wanted. We went over great pregnancy snack ideas and books to read, labor positions and breathing techniques. She was always very responsive when I reached out with questions or updates. When it came time for laboring and birth I'm so glad Alivia was there. Her presence was very calming and reassuring. She coached me through ways to relax and breathe. I honestly grew more confident in having her there, and my whirlwind of a labor needed a little bit of extra confidence and calm. Alivia even went the extra mile by bringing nursing snacks and checking in with me to see how baby and I were doing the next day. Such a considerate and thoughtful person and very good at being an educator and helper.

I don't think I would have gotten my natural birth as well as I did without Jess. It was my very first pregnancy and Jess was keeping me from panicking all throughout my 10 hours in active labor in the hospital. She was quite literally there for me to lean on. Her affirmation cards were so helpful at keeping me calm through the pains. She never ceased to help me by making sure I always had hot water on my back in my tub, water tp drink, and snacks. She never let up on helping the whole time! Not only that, her follow up leading up to and after birth makes you really feel supported and cared for. She always had great advice for exercises and mindset practice leading up to labor. I know my husband was also so grateful to have her support as well as it is very scary to be the strong one for your wife in the most pain of her life. We are so blessed to have her as our doula.

Cayla is a literal angel! During my pregnancy she taught my husband counter pressure techniques, worked with me to make my birth plan concise, and helped me pack my hospital bag. When we got to the birth center she set up my room with affirmation cards and candles. Throughout labor she helped me advocate for myself, made sure I stayed hydrated by keeping my water full (it’s the little things), gave me consistent words of encouragement, and snapped some photos. My contractions were back to back so I didn’t get a break and neither did Cayla because her double hip squeezes were a life saver and got me through each contraction!! I highly recommend having Cayla be a part of your birth team (because spouses can’t do it all)!
