Love Lactation,LLC Meet your Lactation Consultant Heather Cordova IBCLC I have been a lactation consultant for more than 13 years and have worked with families for over 30 years. I strongly believe that everyone should have access to professional care, and I am passionate about providing that support to families. Feeding your baby is a deeply personal experience, and I am dedicated to helping you reach your feeding goals. My approach is personalized to fit each individual’s unique path and special journey. Since earning my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, I spent 29 years with the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, offering both nutrition education and lactation support. In 2011, I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and I have been in private practice for over 14 years. I am married, with two children, both of whom I breastfed for a full year. My daughter, now an adult, has significant special needs. When I was breastfeeding her, I needed extra care and professional support to reach my goals. Without that guidance, I’m not sure I would have been able to continue providing her with human milk. This experience drives my passion to ensure others have access to the same level of care and support.

Hey friends!! I am a doula supporting mama's through pregnancy, birth and beyond as well as a placenta encapsulation specialist! I am also a Certified Body Ready Method pro (fancy way of saying I'm trained to help keep mama as comfortable and aligned as possible for a comfortable pregnancy ☆) I take a very holistic approach and encourage mama's to trust their bodies and their babies during pregnancy and beyond! I use herbal wisdom and knowledge for their natural/holistic/organic/etc healing properties. My perfect client is a home birthing couple, however, if a mama invites me into her chosen birthing space I will go wherever she is most comfortable be it a birthing center, hospital, or rv (or wherever mama wants to birth!) I am in Aurora, and have traveled all around for mamas💕

Hello everyone, my name is Jenn. I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula serving the Denver metro area. I have always been drawn to birth work and I've chosen to practice as a doula because I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and prepared throughout their birthing journey, regardless of what life path you're on. I'm committed to empowering you to advocate for yourself and your baby, encourage you to attain the birthing experience you want and be there every step of the way to empathize and validate your emotional journey.
Discovering I was pregnant at the young age of 19 in January of 2023 was a daunting realization, as it wasn't part of my immediate plans. Uncertainty clouded my thoughts, but I knew I needed guidance regardless of the decision my partner and I made. That's when Jenn stepped in. From the onset of my pregnancy journey, Jenn provided unwavering support, extending beyond childbirth. She offered exceptional advice on nutrition, prepared me for the birthing process, and most importantly, empathized with my emotional journey, understanding my desires for both myself and my child. During labor, Jenn remained a constant presence, offering guidance through every step. From walking the hospital corridors to assisting with pain relief methods and ensuring optimal posture through breathing techniques. Her swift response to my hospital admission due to preeclampsia exemplified her dedication. After 11 hours of labor and 14 minutes of pushing, my beautiful daughter entered the world, and any apprehensions about being a young, first-time mother faded in that moment of pure connection. Jenn's reassuring words were a beacon of strength throughout, reminding me of my capabilities even in moments of doubt. Reflecting on my birthing experience, I am filled with gratitude for Jenn's support. I wholeheartedly endorse her as an exceptional doula, and I am grateful for the opportunity to relive that transformative journey in my mind because of her.

Having Carson as my doula had a massively positive effect on my pregnancy and delivery experiences. She provided me with educational resources and was always available to answer my questions and to calm my fears. I started my pregnancy not having the confidence to give birth unmedicated, but she continually supported me and helped me realize that I could do it. She was instrumental in helping me have a positive labor and delivery experience. I felt more in control with her there, since I knew she would make sure my wishes were being followed even when I couldn’t speak for myself. She also checked in with me after I gave birth to see if I had any questions or needed any help navigating life as a new mom. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is pregnant. Carson is a truly gifted doula.

First, I am a Christian; a follower of Jesus, and I believe in the miracle of life and the privilege of pregnancy, birth and motherhood as a natural and normal process. I am a certified birth doula through DONA International. My experience has been on the labor & delivery floor at Denver Health as a volunteer and staff doula, and I have supported 6 private births in the past year. I am looking to gain more experience as a private doula, specifically in the birth center and home birth settings, that is why I do not list hospital births as an option. In my private business I'm interested in working with women and their families that want to put in the work required to have an empowering and positive natural childbirth experience when there is no option for an epidural. By that I mean those who have taken classes such as Lamaze, Birthing from Within, Hypnobirthing and Hypnobabies or watched videos on natural childbirth from sources like Bridget Teyler or Mama Natural on YouTube. In addition , those that are committed to the regular exercises, routines and preparations that I believe are necessary for a birthing experience that won't leave you feeling traumatized. That's not to say a woman cannot decide on a natural experience, do no prep work and still have a positive birth without an epidural, because I've seen it happen, but it's rare. If you want to put in the work for a pregnancy and birth that will change how you understand yourself, your health inside and out, and give you a life long dose of empowering confidence that only the miracle of life can provide than please consider me as your doula to support that journey. I am happy to support families with multiple prenatal visits, birth, and a postpartum visit at the time of your choosing. Thank you for your consideration and congratulations!
Georgia was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, patient and I would recommend her services to anyone. She helped with providing back massages, options that I had during my labor and comforted me in times of distress.

5 stars isn’t nearly enough for what an amazing doula Beth is. She is not only knowledgeable, supportive, caring, and kind but she also empowered both my husband and I throughout the pregnancy and birth of our first child. She gave us an idea of what to expect, provided skills which helped us get through some common birthing experiences, assisted us in managing unexpected issues which arose, and surrounded us with a sense of calm as we experienced all these unknowns for the first time. She also was an amazing support after the birth as we navigated our first few weeks with a newborn and continues to be a person I know I can reach out to, even as we enter into our 4th month. If you have the opportunity to have Beth as a doula, you are truly lucky. I highly recommend her and cannot stress that enough!

My passion lies with helping new moms find a way to make breastfeeding work by offering compassionate, holistic solutions to breastfeeding issues. Katie is an incredible IBCLC who combines deep knowledge with genuine compassion. Greetings! I'm Karisa Totah, a certified birth doula and postpartum doula (through DONA International). I'm also Spinning Babies trained and a Body Ready Method certified Pro. I live in Littleton, CO with my husband, near my best friend and her babies. I serve the Denver Metro area, usually within 25 miles of my home. Birth, babies, and parenting have been a life-long fascination of mine, even since I was little. I nerd-out over the smallest baby and birth details and absolutely adore helping and learning from each new family I meet. I firmly believe that both the research and my experience support the idea that doulas reduce anxiety. The birthing year can be such a stressful one if you don't know what to expect, don't have the support you need, and don't have people watching out for you. I love filling in the gap to educate and empower, support and love, encourage and help you find joy in this journey. My motto is: "Replacing anxiety with courage, fear with knowledge, discouragement with hope, and overwhelm with joy."
We hired Karisa for postpartum support after the birth of our first child. She exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Her services cannot be captured in one review, but I will try my best. Karisa is extremely professional, passionate, and knowledgeable and we had the opportunity to meet with her prior to our baby being born. Karisa was so thoughtful about understanding the goals for our birth and ideal postpartum set up, she even ended up supporting with recommendations and body work when I was past-due and trying to naturally induce. Karisa was very flexible and worked within our changing schedule to support us when we needed it most. She helped prepare us for ever-changing eating and sleeping schedules, lactation resources and bottle feeding tutorials, and so much more. She provided so much text to help us decide what we wanted for our daughter and provided comprehensive guides for postpartum goals and schedules for us as parents. She is an invaluable asset to any family that is navigating birth and postpartum, and I am eternally grateful that we had her in our corner.

I am a DONA International Certified Birth Doula, Registered Nurse and Medicaid provider. I believe everyone deserves a doula who wants one and that knowledge is power! I chose the name “Cherished Child” because I’ve done a lot of work with trauma, C-PTSD, codependency and generational hurts and believe that your inner child is just as deserving of love and support as the new child you are bringing Earth-side. I believe that vulnerability is strength… and birth can and will make us vulnerable! Together, we can create an empowering and positive birth experience… one that you will love talking about for decades!

With a background rooted in both technical photography and emotional storytelling, I specialize in capturing timeless, magazine-worthy portraits that highlight your unique strength, softness, and beauty. A True Gem – Forever Grateful for Kaylin In a world where dependable, compassionate support can be hard to come by, Kaylin was a breath of fresh air. From the very first night, she brought a sense of calm, professionalism, and genuine care into our home. Always punctual and incredibly reliable, Kaylin consistently went above and beyond in every way. She made life with a newborn feel manageable—even enjoyable. It was clear she truly loved our son, William, and that bond meant so much to us. What I didn’t expect—but deeply appreciated—was how much she supported me as a postpartum mom. Her presence during those quiet, late-night feeds became something I looked forward to. I will genuinely miss our middle-of-the-night conversations. Thank you, Kaylin, for helping us through one of the most intense seasons of life—and guiding us gently to the light at the end of the tunnel. We’ll never forget your impact on our family.
