Welcome to Trinity Doula n Massage I am the wife of a Navy War Veteran & Mama of 2 and love all things birth. I began my passion and career as a Birth Doula and Pre-Postnatal Massage Therapist at 25. My goal is to bring knowledge and guidance during your beautiful pre and postnatal journey. I am honored and privileged to bring emotional support and encouragement to you and your precious family. I have been interested in women’s health, pregnancy and babies most of my life. My own challenging infertility and birth experiences made me even more passionate about supporting parents during pregnancy, birth and beyond. Located in the Denver Area. I support families through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, providing education and emotional support. I am also an infant sleep coach.
Hi! My name is Dacia. I’m a birth doula in Denver, CO. I’m passionate about supporting women’s births with empowerment and compassion! ✨ I give expectant Moms and partners tools to advocate for their choices and provide comfort and guidance through this transformative journey. 🤍
I am Cassandra, a Doula and Birth Photographer. I am a mom of 4, wife to a military veteran and a native to Aurora Colorado. Growing up, I have only lived in one home until the year I met my husband. I began this doula journey after the birth of my son. Finding a birthing center that provided a doula was the most amazing experience I could have asked for. After that experience, I knew I wanted to be that strength and support for all other birthing people and military personnel. I am excited to be your support, knowledge, and strength with you and be able to photograph your journey. On my down time you can find me shopping at Costco, at the park with my family or crafting in my office.
Greetings! I am a Full Spectrum Doula Specializing in birth and also serve as a placenta specialist. My goal as a doula is to empower you to have the most positive birth outcome as you see it and connect you to resources to allow your transition to motherhood go as smoothly as possible. I do identify as a holistic doula and believe in the power of the human body which is how my care model is structured. If this sounds in alignment with your pregnancy journey I’d love to connect!
My name is Courtney Moore Rodriguez. I am a certified lactation educator (CLE), certified postpartum doula (CPD), and certified infant and family sleep specialist (IFSS). I am here to support your family in person (within the Denver metro area) and/or virtually…from the time you find out you’re expecting, through your baby’s first birthday. In those first few weeks and months, it can be hard to ask for help. I am a strong believer in helping families to help themselves (with a good amount of time for rest and self care thrown in too). Rather than taking care of your baby for you, I make sure that you have the skills, knowledge, and rest to do it on your own. I assist families in a non-judgmental fashion and always strive to meet you where you are. I am up to date on the latest research regarding infant feeding, sleep, and newborn care, and can give you non-biased information so that you can make informed choices that work for your family.
Greetings! I'm Karisa Totah, a certified birth doula and postpartum doula (through DONA International). I'm also Spinning Babies trained and plan to go through the Body Ready Method training this winter. I live in Littleton, CO with my husband, near my best friend and her babies. I serve the Denver Metro area, usually within 25 miles of my home. Birth, babies, and parenting have been a life-long fascination of mine, even since I was little. I nerd-out over the smallest baby and birth details and absolutely adore helping and learning from each new family I meet. I firmly believe that both the research and my experience support the idea that doulas reduce anxiety. The birthing year can be such a challenging one if you don't know what to expect, don't have the support you need, and don't have people watching out for you. I love filling in the gap to educate and empower, support and love, encourage and help you find joy in this journey. My motto: "Replacing anxiety with courage, fear with knowledge, discouragement with hope, and overwhelm with joy."
Hello! I am a certified Rocky Mountain birth doula and GentleBirth instructor, with additional training in fertility and pregnancy and infant loss. My passion has always been supporting families, especially during times of transition and transformation. I truly believe in the power of a strong support system. As we work together, I will ensure you feel heard and respected, understand all of your options, and have tools to enrich your unique birth experience.
Heather is a CAPPA certified postpartum doula who specializes in newborn care, lactation support, sleep coaching, cooking for families, and cultivating physical and emotional wellness for new mothers. Heather finds great joy in being able to help guide new parents through the struggles that can arise during the postpartum period, allowing them to focus on the joys that come along with a new baby. Heather’s love for supporting families started 20 years ago while helping her mom with their in-home child daycare. This work, along with the birth of her own son, led Heather to become a postpartum doula. Her own experience of the postpartum period has inspired the loving, intentional support that she provides to families during such a transitional time in their lives. When not working you will find Heather enjoying the great outdoors with her husband, two small children and pup Lyla, or relaxing at home with a new cross-stitch

I am a birth, postpartum, and breast cancer doula, childbirth educator, nanny, photographer, and breast cancer model and advocate. My passion is supporting families from conception through age 5. I am currently finishing my undergraduate degree in Human Services and plan on becoming a Perinatal Social Worker and an IBCLC. I am a Denver area Certified Professional Doula, specializing in prenatal education, labor and delivery support and comfort measures. My journey to becoming a Doula began in 2014 when I was blessed with my own amazing daughter, and ever since I’ve been fueled by passion to help other birthing people feel empowered by their own experience, access evidence based resources, and make best decisions for their own unique process. I also have a background in psychology (BA Metro State 2012), and as a family law paralegal (Certification 2017). My education and professional background have equipped me with a broad range of experience to serve a wide variety of family dynamics. The journey to becoming a parent, no matter the process, whether it’s your first or fifth, is fascinating and so powerful, and deserves the utmost care and understanding. If you, or someone you love is seeking Doula support through the pregnancy, labor, and delivery journey, my most heartfelt congratulations, and I would love to meet you!
I am a DONA trained birth and postpartum doula who has experience in helping you get through the first 4 trimesters. I offer three continuous layers of support: prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. I provide wisdom, guidance, advocacy, and support throughout your pregnancy and birth. As a birth doula, I offer unconditional, non-judgmental support and encouragement to the laboring woman, her partner and/or family throughout labor, delivery, and after childbirth. After baby arrives you can rely on me during those crucial first moments as a family. I will take care of household duties, diaper changes, and soothing baby so you can get some much-needed rest. I will provide you with information on sleep, body feeding, infant care, and any other questions you have, so you can feel confident in how to care for your baby.
My name is Sydney, and I’m a birth doula. I've been a doula since June of 2020, and work both privately and in a freestanding birth center. I love the outdoors, and you can often find me hiking, road biking, or rock climbing. I also play guitar, read birth books (and novels!), volunteer in the Rose Medical Center NICU, and am a high school student! As a doula, I aim to bring peace, knowledge, reassurance, and joy to everything that I do. I will support you in any choices that you make and be an affirming presence in the room. I help with position changes, counterpressure, massage, and breathing techniques, as well as teaching the partner how to assist! As a young doula, I aim to work mostly with young parents, and specialize in helping them navigate systems and advocate for the birth experience that they want. I also identify as part of the LGBTQ community, and love working with those clients as well. However, this being said, I've supported many types of family systems, and feel very comfortable with a diverse client population.
Hi! I'm Lisa! I'm a Christian Doula and Childbirth Educator in SE Aurora, CO. Right now I'm offering birth support in all birth settings (as long as you have a midwife or OB), and Childbirth Education in my home, your home, and at Bella Health and Wellness in Englewood, CO! My faith is the foundation for my life, and most of my clients find and choose me because I stand strong in Biblical truth and moral values. I am a mom of 5, and wife to a husband who is a systems engineer, so I have great perspective as a mother and can relate well to new dads that might be more analytical and logic-minded. Music, art, reading, and all things creative are my hobbies, and I love to spend time in nature. I have experience supporting families with every kind of birth plan, from natural home birth, to hospital epidural birth, to planned cesarean. My favorite kind of birth to support is YOURS. I truly believe that you know what's best for your body and your baby, and I'm here for it!
Hello! I’m Liana (she/her) and I’m thrilled that you’ve found me! Beyond my ever-increasing passion for all things birth-related, I am a big fan of reading rom-coms, dragging my husband out on adventures with our three kids, extroverting (is that a word?) with friends, and generally enjoying this hectic and lovely life. Now on to why you’re here! After the birth of our first child, I realized there were some big gaps in the childbirth classes that we took. Before we became pregnant again, I was researching what we had missed and awoke a passion for childbirth and maternal care that has only deepened over the years. After our three kids were born, I became a Childbirth Educator in 2017 and a Birth Doula in 2018. I also delivered two babies as a gestational surrogate in 2019 and 2021. I love supporting families of all kinds, including (but not limited to) biological families, adoptive parents, LGBTQ+ parents, single parents, and surrogates and IPs. I look forward to getting to know you!
