But in the brief moments between the births, Kayli ensured the doctors allowed me to hold my baby before he was taken away, offering me the strength to deliver our second just 14 minutes later. Her intuition in that moment was unforgettable.  Following births, when I faced mild hemorrhaging and my husband was with the babies in the NICU, Kayli stayed by my side during the overwhelming medical attention, she remained calm, and a steady source of comfort. My husband and I worked with Jamie in the fall of 2021, when our first son was born. We chose a 'virtual' package, with options for video calls, phone calls, and texting. This service was exactly what we needed, and I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Jamie in this review. Her constant advocacy for the health and happiness of our son (and therefore his parents!) was incredible, including acknowledgment, understanding, listening, asking questions, and providing thoughtful recommendations (solutions to try) or references (for example to other local providers) for us to use. She even connected us to other parents selling used baby gear to purchase products to try. Knowing she had my back was such a crucial part of our first few months, and now I tell everyone if there's one thing you do for yourself and your baby in the birthing process- it's to hire a postpartum doula. Everyone should be so lucky to have Jamie have their back, available for that phone call or text when you're having your toughest moments. The reassurance is invaluable. For us, we didn't feel we needed someone in our home in person, but we needed that number to call when we had questions, and that's exactly what the virtual package provided. We give Jamie ten stars, not five, and we highly recommend working with her!

DiAndra took care of our baby from when she was 7 months old to when she turned 1 and started daycare. She was the best nanny we could have ever hoped for: always punctual, highly experienced, and super sweet with babies. DiAndra thoughtfully designed each day: sometimes she took our baby on neighborhood walks, sometimes she played with her outside, sometimes they do tummy time at home and she sang / danced with her as well. Kaytlyn is an absolutely incredible nanny!! We worked with her for two years and I felt completely at ease with her caring for our two children. She has experience with all ages but our children ranged from newborn to 4 years old in her care. She is gentle and caring but also does a great job enforcing parents discipline or boundaries.
