We loved our experience with Sierra! From the first meeting her demeanor was warm and friendly, we were able to meet at a local coffee place and just chat initially and she really made it a comfortable experience. From answering late night texts and phone calls about general pregnancy symptoms, to birthing positions, to helping me with breast feeding postpartum, her knowledge and expertise has been priceless. She was very present for my labor and helped reexplain things the doctors were saying when I couldn’t quite process during contractions. It was wonderful to have another support other than my husband during labor, as well as someone willing to take photos so my husband could just focus on me. If you’re on the fence about having a doula I couldn’t recommend it enough! If we were ever to have another child in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Sierra again.

I truly cannot recommend my doula enough. She was by my side throughout my entire pregnancy journey, always there whenever I needed her—and often before I even realized I did. No question, concern, or doubt was ever too small. She patiently answered everything, reassured me, and helped prepare me both physically and mentally for a natural birth. She even provided monthly massages and other techniques that helped me feel more comfortable throughout my pregnancy. But my greatest gratitude is for everything she did during my labor. When my contractions started in the middle of the night, she came to my home at 2 a.m. without hesitation. She stayed with me through every single contraction, helping me cope with hip squeezes, lower back pressure, massage, acupuncture, labor combs, and a TENS machine. She continuously adjusted her techniques to help ease my pain and keep me focused. Around 9 a.m., we went to the hospital together, and she remained by my side for the entire labor until my baby was born. She stayed with me until 11 p.m., never leaving me alone. She advocated for me, made sure my birth preferences were respected, and did everything she could to make the experience as calm, positive, and empowering as possible. What makes her truly exceptional is her compassion. She doesn’t treat this as just a job—you can genuinely feel how deeply she cares about the mothers she supports. She gives her whole heart to making your pregnancy, labor, and birth experience as beautiful and comfortable as possible. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy, and I honestly can’t imagine going through labor without her. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and incredibly caring doula, I recommend her with all my heart.

I 100% recommend Laura if you're looking for doula and post partum services! I had an amazing laboring experience because of all the ways she has supported me throughout pregnancy until I had my little one and even during post partum as well. We had multiple meetings during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy where Laura explained what her job would be as a doula. She gave me multiple resources during these meetings and over text to make sure I could be as well informed on all of my choices during labor as possible. Laura helped my husband and me with learning different labor positions and breathing techniques to help make my laboring as comfortable as possible. The day I went into labor Laura dropped everything to come and make sure I was okay and comfortable. She was extremely helpful and supportive to both my husband and myself throughout the entire process and there's no way we could have gotten through it as smoothly as we did without her! Laura also has multiple different options with payment if cost is an issue. So don't hesitate and call her if you and your family think you need the extra support!

Max is the best. I have very complicated pregnancies and work in ob so max understands my stress levels and always put me at ease through out. Our family worked with max during my second pregnancy which was debatably the worst, and my third. Max always had a plan for our sessions and understood how crappy things were for a mom with hg. When it came to my labor all the prep work I did with him absolutely paid off. During these pregnancies I felt more skilled because max. He helped me remain present, create realistic goals, and take care of myself which can be so difficult. I truely trust the work he does and feel that he is such a valuable member of my birth team. Doulas are a blessing.

I absolutely loved Mrs. Sabrina . She was very sweet, always available , helpful with resources and physical needs . This was my third pregnancy and I’ve never had a Doula . I heard great things about getting one so I did and as soon as I met Mrs.Sabrina It was a perfect match. I had to be induced for the first time and she helped me with a lot of exercises to get me dilated . I was blessed to not have to do the balloon because of these exercises and getting my body right . I was induced around 12 and had my babygirl by 5 am , thanks to our Doula . Of course the company and help of her coming afterwards also has been a plus . I hired amy in 2025 for my first pregnancy PRICING: Amy had great pricing that was a little bit lower than most doulas you would find in KC proper. She was incredibly helpful in submitting paperwork so my work would reimburse me(trust me it was a lot of hoops to jump through and she did them with a smile) CLASSES: I’ll start by saying I was definitely someone who listened to a birth story or hypno birth video nearly every day on my drive into work. I think her classes offered great advice but much of the material if you were like me and constantly listen and read things could be learned online. I will say while I did feel like most of it was refreshers and was good to talk through different coping strategies, birth preferences, positions (this I felt was something I didn’t know much about and she had many print outs for), and ways to advocate for yourself. The longer version of will be at the end but I had to have a very quick delivery due to complications and my husband was able to really speak up and buy me some time using the strategies that Amy had made sure to really emphasize. I do think Amy had a lot to do with him telling the Drs. I need a few private minutes and asking for a different nurse to help me make my decision. ON CALL SUPPORT: Amy was so sweet and there was one time I had a rough appointment and was feeling beat down. She invited me to her house to chat and walk through my emotions. She was always there for a phone call or to help me find resources when I had questions L&D: I had an induction. We had built a plan with Amy for when I was further along and in need of support then she would come to the hospital. Unfortunately I had to have an urgent c section about 1 hour into my day. With that said I don’t have a lot of input on L&D with her as she was not the one we were frantically calling/ texting as I was going to the OR. She did show up after and offered to bring us food or any kind of comfort measures. She also offered to swing by to allow my husband some time out of the hospital (my folks were there so we didn’t take her up on this). I know Amy would’ve been there had we texted her because she was checking in frequently throughout the night when I was getting my cervix softened and rough when they started the pitocin POST PART: Amy was great about checking in and making sure I was supported. I was not super mobile and also had sooooo many people stopping by, she allowed me time that I much needed before my post partum visit. From the outside looking in - I could see this visit as even more helpful if you did not have a lot of people around the area. Overall Amy was great, you can tell she loves what she does and care deeply about her clients. I really leaned on some of the earlier teaching and strategies she gave me when I was told that my day was going to end differently than I expected.

Adrian was an incredible support throughout my pregnancy and at my birth. She was attentive, and taught me so much about my prenatal health, the birth process, nutrition, and more. She checked in frequently, and followed up with my health. I was a gestational diabetic, and had never dealt with that before. She was very knowledgeable and reassuring. When I went into labor, we walked, we danced, we laughed, and we prayed. She respected my birth plan. And it was beautiful, unmedicated birth!
