I want to give birth at St. Joseph's Women's and am hoping I can labor at home before transitioning into the hospital. I have pregnancy Medicaid and haven't completed my birth plan as of yet. Need help with latching. Daughter born at 37 weeks seems to be latching but very painful milk has not fully come in right nipple also has a scab which is making it hard to breast-feed.

my baby has been exclusively breast-fed for the last 3 1/2 months. I’m wanting to wean from breast-feeding to bottle feeding. I have tried the pigeon bottle, Tommy tippy bottle, Nuk, Lansioh, como, basically all of them. He was taking an ounce or two of the pigeon for about four days and now is refusing any sort of bottle.
