Seven weeks old, breast and bottle feeding problems

My baby was born 7 weeks early and spent a month in the Nicu and was purely on bottles at that time. I have been trying to breast feed since he has been home. He refused at first but has now been very interested but we can not get the latch down and therefore leads to him not getting a good amount of milk during the feed. I would prefer an in person appoint meant. Do you guys accept insurance or would it be a self pay?

Hello, Looking for a lactation consultant to help assist with my sons latch. His latch seems very tight and it is painful initially. He does not seem to have a tongue tie but does have a lip tie! Have successfully breastfed 2 other children. Just want to make sure the latch is okay. Insurance is bluecross blue shield. Would want to bill through insurance

My 5 week old won’t latch she dosent have any tongue tie issues she just has a bottle preference my guess is because it is easier and my supply is not going up as it should I know that stressing about it won’t help but it’s hard not to i prefer virtual

Need lactation consultant to improve breast milk production and feeding for my twins

Late preterm 7 week old, shallow latch, painful feeds at times, downward nipples, misshapen nipples after feeds, low supply. In person preferably. $100 budget

Ive noticed a severe dip in my supply and I’ve tried to build it back up but my nipples have fallen to be severely sensitive and I can’t use my pumps without bleeding and receiving wounds. I use the correct flange size that I’m aware of and the lowest setting. I’ve been trying everything. I usually would latch my son to help boost supply but his latch is extremely painful at the start (I use a nipple shield as my nipples are too small for him to latch without one)

This is my first baby. I’m needing some help with breastfeeding- I think her latch is big enough but it still is hurting to have her latch and I would like some support to figure out how to make this better. She also gets frustrated easily when she can’t latch and I want to know how I can help her.

my baby is over 2 months, but i have recently been having some pain, wondering if it has anything to do with breastfeeding or her latch, etc.

My baby struggled to gain weight through exclusively breastfeeding. We are now supplementing with formula which has helped. Breastfeeding even after 8 weeks is still challenging. He often gets fussy and delatches often, feeds for an hour or more, and always seems hungry. I also return to work in less than a month and am concerned about making sure he gets the milk he needs and I pump properly through out the day to ensure no issues with my breasts. I would love to have someone come to my home and watch a breastfeeding session and give me direction for how to transition into pumping at work and what that practically looks like.

Three week old, hx of IUGR, with having to supplement with formula at delivery due to lack of milk supply related to C-section. Now on EBM but baby unable to latch, would love for home visit
