Birthing delivery room support. Giving birth at the hospital, do not want to be induced, no vaccines or shots, delayed chord clamping, and take the placenta home.

I'm look for someone who is very knowledgeable who can help with techniques for a natural birth. A doula that can help with a birth plan the do's and don'ts. A doula that will support the baby and I. A doula that can give a different perspective.

I plan to give birth at Inova Fairfax Women's Center. I live in Fredericksburg VA. I am looking for a Christian/ Christ centered doula who is well versed in high risk black maternal health and can advocate well for me. I want hands off care as much as possible. Not many cervical checks. NO episiotomy or forceps. Labor the way a position feels comfortable to me. Also, a plus is someone with a trauma based care mentality as I have gone through sexual assault and I need emphasis on consent. I need someone who is going to help when fear tries to come up. Someone not afraid to pray and set the atmosphere well. My biggest fear is becoming a statistic and something happening to me during or after birth because no one listened to me and how I feel about my body. MUST ACCEPT CareFirst (Private BCBS). I would only like services that will be covered.

I am interested in having a water birth in a calm, supportive setting. I am looking for a provider who is experienced with water births and can help me create a birth plan that fits my preferences. I currently have Sentara Health Plans and would like to find out what services may be covered by my insurance. Military hospital is where I plan to give birth. I would say our estimated budget 2 thousand. We want to have an epidural, push when my body feels it not when told, immediate skin to skin, delayed cord clamping. Experienced enough to help with an easy birth. I am 21 and this is my first kid and I want to breast feed.

Hello, I'm due in December and looking for a doula to support me during the birth. My last birth was not ideal, I was given too much medication, kept throwing up which would delay me being able to push, and my baby's heartbeat stopped at one point which I didn't even know because I was so drugged. I am looking for a doula to be me and my baby's advocate in that room to hopefully have a healthier birthing experience this time.
