I will be under going a C Section so i would need help for first 2-3 weeks for recovery (help with cooking and cleaning) and i would need lactation specialist or someone who has experience with it to help guide me also someone who would be awesome being a patient advocate i had complications with my last two pregnancys

I plan to give birth at Sentara RMH in Harrisonburg and I’ve been wanting a doula. I don’t know much about any of the process. My pregnancy has been rough and any energy I have goes to my job. I have no idea about a birth plan other than to deliver. I want to try natural and try water but I might cave with the epidural. This is my first baby and I’d like someone with experience with first time moms in labor.

Looking to find someone to help me find a breast pump to fit my needs as well as breast feeding once baby is here.
