No cord cutting until it is white and not pulsing. I need an advocate and support for labor and delivery using horizon bcbs omnia insurance

I plan to give birth at Riverview Hospital in Red Bank. Estimated budget is $1,500-$2,000 but am curious about insurance coverage. I'd like to have a low-intervention birth.

I am new to the idea of having a doula. I would like to do more preparation work to hopefully have a smoother delivery. My first experience of childbirth, ended in a natural delivery that was forceps assisted, and I had 3+ hours of pushing before we decided between forceps or C section. I had to be induced after 11 days being overdue. I would hope that with this next pregnancy I can go naturally and have way less medications than I had the first time. I want to trust that my body knows what to do, but I need to help train it to achieve my goal. Looking for a Birth Doula, at Jersey shore university hospital. I dont want an epidural, this is my second birth- the epidural messed my back up for 6 months last time. I do want pain management. I do want the doula to accept insurance.
