I would really love to do a home birth, this is my first pregnancy and I want to feel as comfortable as possible during my labor. I need support, empowerment, while also knowing myself and my child are in good hands of medical personnel.

I’d like a person who is knowledgeable in breastfeeding and who can assist immediately after birth or direct me to someone who can.

I plan on giving birth in a hospital. My budget is around $1500. My ideal birth plan, I want my husband in the room. I want to be able to walk around or be on a birthing ball. I want to try to have a natural birth but if I get to be in too much pain I want an epidural. This will be my second birth. I’m not opposed to an epidural. I want to try to have a natural birth but it any complications come up and a c-section is necessary I’m also not opposed, whatever is safe for me and baby. I want to have help with breathing techniques and coaching when it’s time to push. I don’t want forceps used, if help for baby is needed than I’m not opposed to the vacuum as a last option (avoid if possible). Delayed cord clamping for 2 mins. Skin to skin with mom and dad. I want to breast feed.
