I’m also the founder of Whispering Lullabies and creator of the Sacred Sleep Method, a gentle, nervous-system-informed approach to sleep and family wellness that focuses on connection, regulation, and emotional safety. Whether I’m supporting families directly or helping build a stronger network of care behind the scenes, my goal is always the same: helping parents feel held, empowered, and supported during one of the most important seasons of their lives.
