I plan to have an unmediated birth at a Tricare approved off post hospital and require an approved Certified Labor Doula by Tricare. I need a doula that has submitted paperwork to be able to work with Tricare and is familiar with inputting the patient codes for tricare payment.

I am interested in a weighted feed for my 2 month old. I am back at work now and I am struggling to pump sufficient ounces for her to drink the next day while I’m at work. I am having flange sizing struggles on one side and it is affecting output also. My baby was large at birth and is trending down in percentile ever since. We do supplement with formula of course but I am curious how much she is getting directly from me as I typically exclusively nurse on weekends and nights. I’m hope to find a doula that will take Medicaid insurance. I want to labor at home as long as possible and then go to the hospital. I want an all natural birth. I don’t want any interventions unless Absolutely necessary. I want immediate skin to skin for an hour. I don’t want the umbilical cord to be cut till completely white and had stopped pulsing. I also don’t want the pleasant to be pulled or yanked on, I want to deliver it naturally. I do want to exclusively breastfeed and would help if I’m having trouble with latching.
