I have spent over seven years working in postpartum care as a Certified Nursing Assistant, supporting families during one of the most important and vulnerable transitions of their lives. Now, I’m honored to continue that work as a certified postpartum doula, offering compassionate, holistic support to help parents and babies truly thrive during the postpartum period. I earned my postpartum doula certification through the International Doula Institute in May 2025 and have completed 95 hours of lactation counselor training. I am currently working toward becoming a Certified Lactation Consultant to expand the evidence-based feeding support I provide. I have been a birth worker for 8 years and have 15 years of infant care experience as a professional nanny, postpartum doula, and educator. I am a mom of 4 crazy lovable kiddos (2015, 2017, 2021, and 2023) and I have personally experienced hospital birth and out of hospital birth. It was the care of 2 volunteer doulas during my first birth who helped drive my desire to become a birth worker. I am passionate about education as an incredible tool to build confidence and help birth outcomes. I believe everyone should have access to the highest level of education and care during their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
