I also sleep condition and train babies to sleep well at night as long as the parents follow through with instructions when I am not there. Baby can sleep between 10-12hr straight. A Dallas native, Madison was inspired to be a doula as far back as elementary school when she and her older sister watched TLC’s A Baby Story in the early 2000s. Hello, I am a certified postpartum doula. I have worked with babies/children since I was 13. I babysat and nannied throughout my teenage years. In college I worked at numerous daycare facilities (newborn-preschool). I earned my bachelors degree from the University of North Texas in early childhood education. I taught for 5 years in 2nd grade and in PE. In 2008 we welcomed our first (of six) baby. I now have 5 boys and a daughter that I homeschool. My youngest is now six and I miss the newborn season!! I recently got my certification to be a nighttime postpartum doula. My goal is to support the new momma (and family) and help them to enjoy and cherish this quick season of having a new baby. I breastfed all my babies so I understand the struggles and joy of this as well.

My name is Jordan Towns and I have served the role as an Emotional Support Coach/Companion for over two decades to women and men encountering a full range of life encounters. It was in Spring 2023 that my journey to become a Doula was initiated and what a journey indeed it has been. Marked by my strong ancestral roots and divine gifting coupled with an experience that allowed me to grow deeper in tune with my body as a woman and what it means to be empowered and supported in my connection to it, I moved to become a Birth Doula and completed my formal training with Doulas of North America International in the “Art of Labor Support.” Now I have the honor of providing continuous, culturally appropriate support, non-medical advice, and physical comfort coaching to women and their partners during pregnancy, the birth ceremony, and the adjustment period after.
