My name is Debra, I’m planning to give birth at hospital and my birth plan is natural birth This is my first baby I need a doula to help me and guide me through this journey and how to prepare for my natural and unmediated birth plan

I am debating between giving birth at home or at a hospital. I hear women of color die more often in Tx hospitals than anywhere else so I’m very hesitant. I don’t want to lie down during labor, I want to squat. I am not sure what my budget is quite yet but I do want someone experienced. This will be my first child, my mother will fly down and stay for two months to help. But once she leaves I may or may not need help with sleep.

I will give birth in a hospital. I am wanting to have an uneducated birth if possible and looking for a doula to help coach and keep me grounded during birth. This is my first child and I am 35.

I plan on giving birth at a birthing center, I want someone there to help me through the birth and direct my husband on how to help me. And one or two visits after birth to check in. I don’t have a budget at this time

I currently have an OBGYN that does accept my medicaid. I had a c section with my daughter in 2022, and I really want to try for a vaginal birth. My OBGYN and I are not connecting as I would like and I did more research and feel better finding a mid wife or doula that I can connect with and listen to my wants and needs. I appreciate it! I plan on giving birth in a hospital setting. have medicaid health insurance. I believe its a cooks childrens plan but I would need to double check.
