As a montrice doula, I am able to help parents labor at home for as long as possible while ensuring the safety of both mom and baby. I work with you and your partner to help ensure the most positive birth experience possible. While my family lived in South Africa(2018-2019), I was blessed to become a certified doula through their WOMBS (women offering mothers birth support) program. Along with in-person classes, I experienced hands-on doula opportunities with laboring women in 2 different hospital locations in Johannesburg. I believe this experience opened my heart to truly seeing the importance of having a strong support system during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum.
