Hi I'm Kyndal! A dedicated postpartum doula and newborn care specialist with 8 years of experience working with infants. I began my journey as a nanny, and throughout my career, I primarily supported first-time parents. Over time, I fell in love not just with caring for babies, but also with holding space for new moms—offering gentle guidance, emotional support, and education during those tender early stages of parenthood. My goal is to empower you with confidence and knowledge, support your emotional and physical well-being, and be a trusted part of your village—whether this is your first child or your fourth. I offer both practical and emotional support. Whether that means helping your baby establish healthy sleep habits, stepping in so you can recharge after a long day juggling your toddler and newborn, or taking care of light household chores like dishes or laundry—I’m here to lighten the load. I meet you where you are, offering non-judgmental, sustainable care tailored to your unique family so you can continue to thrive even after my time with you comes to an end. When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me reading or writing in a cozy coffee shop (always with breakfast tacos nearby) or relaxing at home with my rescue pups.

Kyndal from confident mama and baby care absolutely changed our lives for the better! Our sweet baby girl came early and was battling feeding difficulties and had trouble sleeping because of it. Kyndal was so knowledgeable and really listened to us. She was incredible with her and was there for not only our baby, but for us as well so that we could be our best! I wish we could keep Kyndal forever we miss her so much! 100% recommend Kyndal for newborn and postpartum care!

Love & Light! I’m Tarynn (like Aaron with a T in front), a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Placenta Encapsulator, and Midwifery Student with a deep passion for supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. With over 7 years of experience as a CNA, including time in labor and delivery, I witnessed firsthand the gaps in support and advocacy for moms and birthing people. That led me to becoming a Birth Doula in 2020 and a Postpartum Doula in 2024. I take a holistic, heart-centered approach, weaving in meditation, movement, sound baths, and herbalism to honor your unique journey. When I’m not supporting clients or studying, I’m singing 90s R&B at karaoke, watching Philly sports, or adding to my fragrance collection. I’d be honored to walk alongside you!

I am a Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Health. From a young age I felt I wanted to have a career in healthcare. Upon graduating high school I attended The University of Texas at Austin. While working as a group fitness instructor with UT RecSports, I became passionate about helping people live fuller, more active lives. I became more interested in how the human body works and how physical rehabilitation plays a role in helping people live more pain free lives. I graduated in 2013 from The University of Texas with Bachelor in Exercise Science, and then pursued my Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. During my education I was able to gain experience in multiple rehabilitation settings throughout Texas and Oregon. These settings included skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedics and a specialized internship in women's health with emphasis in pelvic floor rehab. I graduated from USA in 2018 with high honors. I specialize in Pelvic Floor Health, and attained my Certification of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP), a nationally accredited certification by the American Physical Therapy Association. I combine this specialized knowledge with my skilled manual therapy techniques to make sure all areas and dysfunctions are addressed and treated properly to assure appropriate healing and recovery. I am also Certified in Dry needling, including the pelvic floor giving me extensive knowledge on using dry needles as a method for alleviating tissue dysfunction.

I'm a pro-life, pro-woman, Christian doula, birth keeper and birth photographer. You'll see on my profile that I don't have any "credentials" because I don't believe in needing permission to sit with women and support them. I take guidance from trusted mentors and seek education from reliable sources but I'm not bound by any particular organization or association. My only loyalties are to God and the women I serve. Aside from talking about and attending birth, I love reading, writing, sewing, swimming, baking, and spending time outside with my family.

Hello, my name is Martha J. I am a Certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) with over 24 years of hands-on experience supporting families since 2000. I am deeply drawn to this work because I value the family environment and the critical role of care during the earliest days after birth. I provide emotional and practical support to parents both individually and as a couple, helping them navigate the transition with confidence and calm. Supporting mothers during the first weeks postpartum is a true calling for me. Caring for the newborn while parents recover from the long, demanding hours of labor, whether in a hospital setting or following a home birth, is work I find meaningful. I am experienced in breastfeeding support, including baby latching, milk production, expression, safe milk storage, and bottle feeding. I closely monitor the baby’s well-being, bringing the baby to the mother for feedings, changing diapers, swaddling, and supporting healthy sleep routines. I maintain clear daily communication with parents regarding their baby’s care and development. Additional responsibilities include washing pump accessories and bottles, wipes and diapers, diaper cream, etc., refills, light nursery tidying, and newborn laundry. My goal is to create a stable, supportive environment in which both parents and baby can rest, recover, and bond.

Grace was so wonderful sad helpful, she came to my house and helped me through difficulties breastfeeding. She was so warm and friendly, it really helped me get out of my head and focus on how to help my situation. She broke it down so well it really helped my confidence that I am capable of breastfeeding. They say it takes a village and Grace embodies that idea and makes herself the village.

I am a mother of five and have supported women on their motherhood journey since high school. I often feel that doula work chose me and not the other way around. Having attended over 150 deliveries as a professional DONA-trained doula, I have experience in various births and know the power this moment carries. I have pursued a unique area of study in anxiety and sensory sensitivity. Along with this, I have extensive experience in: *IVF journeys *VBAC *Mothers of Advanced Maternal Age *Hospital Deliveries *High Risk Delivery *Successful use of Epidural *Navigating home birth transfers *Mothers with sensory needs and/or need for mental health support I would love to set up a time to talk about how I may be able to help support you during your pregnancy and birth! Parris was my birth doula for my first and only birth so far and I have no reservations recommending her. From the initial consult to prenatal visits to the actual labor and delivery and post partum visit, Parris was attentive, courteous, and patient. Her actions in my delivery room avoided a c-section and her plethora of experience means that she has techniques for anything that might go wrong during your birth. I would go with her again if I have a second baby!

Hi! I'm Lacey Dowlearn! I am a Birth Boot Camp certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Birth Doula serving Round Rock families. My journey in birth work began in 2007 with the first pregancy in my group of friends. She had mentioned wanting a midwife and I started researching. I had caught the birth bug and was hooked! The idea of women helping women made my heart happy. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to be an apprentice midwife at several freestanding birth centers; labor support for homebirth, birth center and hospital clients in Round Rock and surrounding areas and have recently certified as a CBE and Doula with Birth Boot Camp. I've been married to my partner, Danny, since April 2008. He has supported me through this journey and is a great partner. I am a mom to two beautiful little girls, Annie and Jane. Both of my births took place in my home accompanied by a midwife, my very first midwifery preceptor. I breastfed both of my babies for 2 years, tandem for 6 months. That was such a wonderful and bonding experience. I want to provide the best care to each mother who trusts me with her birth experience, whether that be in hospital or at home. I believe that having a positive birth experience is the right of every woman. I will strive to help each mother and baby have a special delivery.

I was inspired to pursue birth work after becoming a parent and experiencing how powerful and transformative the birthing process is. I also do this work because it brings so much joy and connection. I believe that supporting families during such a vulnerable and sacred passage in their lives, providing access to care, educating and overall empowering birthing people to trust their bodies and intuition is truly fundamental for healthy maternal/ birthing outcomes. I am the proud mama of a magical 3 year old. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking and watching the wild dance of our trees. I love eating and getting lost in a good book. I was born in Guatemala and moved to the states when I was 7 years old. Spanish is my first language. I got a Bachelors in Marketing at Missouri State University and moved to Austin shortly thereafter. I have been married for 6 years to a man who makes me laugh. I look forward to working with you and your family!

Zulmy is a wonderful, warm, supportive, knowledgeable person who contributed immensely to creating a positive and empowering birthing experience. I hired Zulmy when I was pregnant with my second child. I didn’t have a very positive experience with the birth of my first child where I did not have a doula and had to have several interventions. Zulmy helped me working through some issues I had and helped me prepare for my second birth. She made me feel safe and helped me to believe in myself. With her help I was able to trust my intuition and fully immerse into the birthing experience. She created a calm, comfortable, supportive atmosphere, just the way we had discussed . My music was playing, there were lights, essential oils, words of support, moments of silence… Zulmy made a difference in my life and I can only recommend working with her.

I offer daytime support and education to families during the first weeks postpartum. My goal is to help new parents navigate this new territory with evidence based information and non-judgemental support and encouragement.

Shelley is hands down the most supportive, knowledgable, and downright comforting postpartum doula I know! Shelley has over 25 years of birth experience under her belt and gosh does it show! I cannot think of a better person to support families from conception-postpartum. My husband and I took Shelley's childbirth and breastfeeding courses while we were expecting and we left feeling so calm and confident; armed with evidence-based knowledge about all of our birth options and what to expect from different kinds of births. Additionally we had the honor of having Shelley's support postpartum and I cannot imagine navigating those first few foggy months without her. She answered every question without judgement and helped us trouble shooting solutions all the while providing validation and encouragement. Shelley is the the Mother In Law you wish you had, the ultimate doula you want in your corner, and the most hilarious and calming. All in all, Shelley is the best and we 10/10 recommend her!!

Hello! My name is Valerie, but most people call me Val. I am a licensed Registered Nurse located Northeast of Austin, TX. I initially obtained my license in the state of California, but endorsed it to Texas once I moved. I have always been fascinated with birth and the women’s body. Labor & Delivery was my favorite clinical throughout nursing school, however the pandemic hit right when I was in the middle of school and that affected how I wanted to move forward in my career. It wasn’t until after giving birth myself, along with having a traumatic labor and delivery that I was 100% certain this was the area of work that truly felt most passionate about and is right for me. I am focused on gaining more experience at the bedside during birth and to continue learning from mentors. I am confident with the right circumstances, environment and support that birth can be one of the most beautiful and powerful things you’ll get to experience and I would love nothing more than to be apart of that. During my free time I enjoy playing with my 18 month old, soon I’ll be chasing around 2 boys come January, making sourdough bread, and spending quality time with my husband.
