I think birth is such a spiritual process, many times we feel that we need to know all the facts and then everything will go as planned. But birth is so unpredictable, and the baby is part of it too, so I like to help people understand and connect to that, and give them tools to cope with whatever happens. I do think birth is a natural process and from that understanding, help people gain confident in themselves and their body and their baby.
