Hi, I’m the mama behind Corazon de Madre. My journey into birthwork began with my own unmedicated birth—an experience that completely transformed me and awakened a deep desire to help women birth in God’s glory, power, and peace. I’m a Certified Doula through Pain Free Birth, a program rooted in undisturbed, unmedicated faith-based birth support, and I am also a HypnoBabies trained HypnoDoula. I’m currently working toward becoming both an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and a Birthing from Within Childbirth Educator, blending clinical knowledge with creative, spiritual preparation. My approach weaves holistic traditions, ritual, and mindset work—using tools like birth art, journaling, and body-centered practices to help women connect deeply with themselves and their birth story. My dream is to offer perinatal healthcare that bridges Eastern wisdom and evidence-based care, honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

I hope to be a nonjudgmental support, comfort, and safe space for families navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum seasons. I am passionate about meeting individuals and families where they are at and providing equitable advocacy and care to families of all identities and backgrounds.

I had the best experience with Hadley as my doula. Being a first time mom and not knowing anything about the process, Hadley helped me every step of the way prenatally to my birth in the hospital. She is so patient, loving, and always made me so comfortable. During the process she answered any questions I had during pregnancy, labor, and birth. I would not want anyone else as my doula and I highly recommend her!

With years of experience as a dedicated midwife, my journey into newborn care has been a natural and deeply fulfilling progression. Supporting families through birth has given me a profound understanding of the gentle care, patience, and presence that newborns need. My background has equipped me not only with clinical expertise, but also with the emotional insight that comes from truly connecting with both babies and their families. What inspires me most is the opportunity to work with children. There’s a unique joy and innocence in every little one, and being a part of their earliest days is a privilege I hold close to my heart. I love watching their personalities begin to unfold and knowing that the nurturing and support I provide can make a lasting impact on their growth and development. I’ve always been a doula, a giver, a sister, a person to lean on. I love all aspects of what I do, whether it’s physically holding hips or emotionally holding space. Within my practice I try to achieve a 50:50 balance of the spiritual, energetic with the scientific, evidence-based. As I learn more about you, our conversations shift to augment the type of support that best resonates with you and supports your goals. I am a certified labor doula (CLD) and certified postpartum doula (CPD) through DONA (Doulas of North America) and ToLabor. I have attended many births in various settings - homebirths, birth centers and hospitals. I actively attend workshops, courses and continuing education classes on childbirth, hypnobirthing, spinning babies, breastfeeding, postpartum, newborn care and holding space for pregnancy loss. I fully believe that all pregnant persons have an innate inner-knowing that is a powerful guide through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Our time together will emphasize self-discovery as we listen to your intuition, practice mindfulness & breathwork, energetic healing & support, and prepare for a birth as unique as you are

I’m a birth and postpartum doula with a deep love for supporting families through one of the most transformative times in their lives. My path began after chiropractic school, inspired by my mom who has also been a doula for many years. Birth work feels like a natural extension of who I am.. I’ve always been a nurturer at heart, drawn to helping others feel safe, heard, advocated and cared for. I truly believe that every birth is unique and sacred, and I feel honored each time I’m invited to be part of a family’s story. In addition to doula care, I offer childbirth education, placenta services, and belly binding, with an approach that blends holistic support and practical guidance. Whether it’s helping you find confidence in early parenting, offering gentle structure for newborn sleep, or simply bringing calm and reassurance into your space, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are. I’m here to support and guide you without judgment, and to help make your journey into parenthood a peaceful, empowered, and memorable experience. I happily welcome every family with an open heart and provide care rooted in compassion, respect, and genuine connection.

I’m a DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula who blends city grit with grounded, nature-rooted care. My journey began supporting friends through birth and postpartum while navigating the unpredictable life of a military family. A path that taught me flexibility, compassion, and a deep respect for the strength of parents. Before becoming a doula, I worked as a corrections officer, where I honed the skills to stay calm under pressure and advocate fiercely for others. Today, I bring that same steady confidence to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Once a city girl, now deeply connected to nature, I offer a balance of strength and softness to every family I serve. As a mom to two spirited boys and two lovable fur babies, I know firsthand how messy, magical, and transformative those early days can be. Whether you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with a newborn, I’m here to walk beside you with knowledge, warmth, and zero judgment.

Hi, I'm Maribel. A DONA International certified birth doula and birth photographer based in Southern California. My work lives at the intersection of stewardship and artistry—offering both grounded support and honest, meaningful images that reflect the real story of your birth. Whether I’m holding space at your side or quietly documenting the moment, my intention is the same: that you feel safe, seen, and empowered throughout the journey. Clients often tell me I bring a calm, reassuring energy and photographs that help them remember not just what it looked like, but what it felt like to bring their baby into the world. This calling lights me up like no other profession ever has, and I’m honored to walk alongside you—offering heart, skill, and presence every step of the way.

Recent review

I cannot recommend Maribel enough. She supported me through the birth of my third baby boy, and the experience was nothing short of beautiful. From the very first moment she arrived, she brought a calm, warm presence that made the hospital feel more like a safe, comforting space. She made sure the atmosphere was peaceful, so much so that I almost forgot I was even in a hospital room. Maribel was by my side the entire time, holding my hand, applying pressure to my back to ease the pain, and gently encouraging me every step of the way. One of my biggest goals was to have an unmedicated birth, something I hadn’t been able to experience with my first two sons due to pressure from the hospital staff. This time, she made sure my voice was heard. She advocated for me, reminded me of my strength, and helped me achieve the peaceful birth I had always dreamed of. The most unforgettable moment was when I welcomed my baby boy with our hands. It was powerful, emotional, and something I will cherish for the rest of my life. Not only was she an incredible doula, but we’ve also become great friends since then. I will always be grateful for her support, her strength, and her heart. I’ve already recommended her to my friends so they too can experience the beauty of childbirth with someone as dedicated as her. There’s also the fact that she speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

Marr is the best doula! She provided the best experience. She scheduled appointments through zoom, even came to my Obgyn appointment, came home after delivery. She was always in touch via messages, answering my questions. She was helpful with lots of information such as yoga exercises, breathing techniques. She guided me during contractions through messages as well. And she did her best at the hospital itself. I felt so heard when she was there for me. She was like a relative and a medical worker at the same time. Without her help I couldn’t breathe even. I felt her support entirely. Thank you so so much I love you
