Hi! My name is Madelyn, and I am becoming a Certified Full Spectrum Doula. For as long as I can remember I have been interested in becoming a birth worker. I work as a nanny and have loved the career I have established for myself, but am ready to move forward in providing care to mamas and newborns during the prenatal, labor, and postpartum stages. I recently got to experience this with one of my nanny families which ultimately encouraged me to pursue this career professionally. The experience in caring for a postpartum mother to twins has really provided me with knowledge in doing the same for many others.

Jamie Peters is a certified birth and postpartum doula with a passion for all things birth and baby. She’s a local mom of 4 with a caretaking background, who’s great at offering support to families both physically and emotionally along their journey from pregnancy, birth and into postpartum. You can expect compassionate, knowledgeable care from Jamie by your side in the delivery room or in the comfort of your home as you transition to the 4th trimester

My practice is to inform and provide emotional support for parents and create a birth plan that is right for you. In my free time, I enjoy taking mindful walks, going to the farmer's market on Saturdays, and exploring new places to eat with my two boys and husband.
