I’m Darian So, founder of Sun & Spell Holistic Wellness. I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in prenatal and yin yoga, an herbalist, a womb healer, and a birth doula. My role is to nurture, advocate for, and empower the individuals and families I work with. My approach is rooted in presence, intuition, and trust in the body’s wisdom, holding space with care and creating grounded, sacred containers where healing and transformation unfold.

I believe in providing evidence based care while integrating holistic methods that have been passed down between women for generations. I began working with women and children in 2011 as the Executive Director of The Live Well Project. From there I took my passion abroad and lived in Nepal for 6 months working with local families and learning first hand how they supported birthing mothers. Hello! My name is Naomi. I am a newborn care specialist, doula, and aspiring Midwife. I have been working with infants for over 10 years, primarily focusing on the newborn stage. I have extensive experience working with multiples, all feeding support, even g-tube feeding. I am a community centered provider, which is why I am working towards being certified as a Full Spectrum Doula training and hopefully midwifery school.
