Following that pull, I completed my birth and postpartum doula certification through Bini Birth in Sherman Oaks. Learning from Kathrin Auger and Ana Paula Markel only affirmed that this is the work I am meant to do. After a successful 15 year career in nonprofit fundraising and international higher education, I found my life’s purpose in supporting growing families during one of the most life changing event, childbirth.
