I first found Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis when I was pregnant with my first baby and working as a bedside nurse in a busy hospital postpartum unit. I knew my body was meant to give birth, but I felt the negativity and fear of those around me was preventing me from enjoying this transformative time in my life. Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis gave me back my joy and even more. It gave me a confidence and excitement about birth that I didn't even know was possible. I went on to become a board certified lactation consultant and certified maternal newborn nurse and also attended many births as an L&D nurse. 11 years and 2 Hypnobabies of my own later, I am so happy to share this complete childbirth education class with my community and bring joy and love into the lives of birthing families.

I dream of raising a house full of kids that can grow up together. When I had my two babies, I knew I wanted to attempt the natural route, and natural I went. My baby girl was born at home in 2023, and my baby boy was born at a birth center in 2025. Having experienced birth in such sweet and different ways, I decided how in love with the birth experience I was.
