My name is Molly and I am the owner and instructor of Peaceful and Prenatal. As a perinatal yoga instructor, it is my goal to guide mamas find their breath, balance, and strength during pregnancy and postpartum to feel empowered and in control of their journey. My personal yoga journey started about 10 years ago and led me to taking my yoga teacher training. Along the way, I also become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) when I realized there was a lack of perinatal options near me. Since then, I have become heavily involved in perinatal education to provide mamas the best tips, resources, and explanations I can to guide them to feeling empowered during all 4 trimesters.

Prenatal Yoga - Prenatal yoga provides you an opportunity to connect with your baby while moving in a safe way. We build strength and stamina to support you during labor and birth, stretch out pregnancy aches, and practice mantra and breathwork to benefit you during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Postpartum Yoga - Postpartum yoga teaches you to reconnect with this new version of yourself. We build core and pelvic floor engagement and strength, and stretch out postpartum aches. Baby&Me Yoga - An opportunity for caregivers to stretch, connect with others, and be fully present with their baby. These classes support baby's SEL, digestion, core strength, and language acquisition.
