I was born in Brazil and has been living in the US since 2015. For over 14 years I worked as a nurse in different hospitals in her country specializing in ER and pediatrics. I decided to take a training to become a birth and postpartum doula and worked for several years before immigrating to US. While in Brazil, I completed additional training specializing in breastfeeding techniques, I'm also a pre-nursing student. Originally from Liverpool, England and now living in Marin County, California, I am the mum of 6 beautiful children and a grandma to one. Each and every birth was unique, whether it was at home, a birthing centre, or in a hospital.
