I specialize in providing mental health therapy services for the perinatal population including support for women and their partners struggling with infertility, perinatal loss, Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMAD's), difficulty adjusting to parenthood and relationship challenges as parents. I provide in-person sessions at my office in Pismo Beach, CA or Telehealth/online video sessions for California residents. I am also a mom of two young boys (ages 6 and 3) and have experienced the challenges that come during postpartum.
