I'll be giving birth at Sutter Health's Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, California. I have Sutter Health Plan, HMO and a letter from my doctor saying she supports me having a doula. I'd like my doula to take my insurance coverage, and then provide a tip after. I'd really like to focus on birth prep and birth support to get ready for a smooth labor/delivery. I plan on having an unmedicated, vaginal birth and I would like to have minimal medical intervention unless necessary for the health and safety of my baby and I. I will not be birthing laying on my back, and really want to utilize movement to support birth progression. We not circumsize, and will delay the HepB shot. We will take the vitamin K shot, and will be delaying cord clamping. My husband will be a primary support person so we would love to learn techniques so he can best support me. I've listened to a hypnobirthing audio book, and really like the techniques used there.
I plan to give birth at a hospital. I currently have medi-cal. I have not created a birth plan but I would want to deliver with the least amount of intervention necessary. I want to be able to move freely and not be restricted and attempt to give a natural birth with no epidural. I am 25 years old and this is my first pregnancy so I just wanted to be supported and advocated for throughout my pregnancy especially as a first time mom and can provide emotional support to my partner as well. I am looking for someone knowledgeable, confident, supportive and will advocate for me during my labor.
We will give birth in a hospital, and would like an expert to advocate for mom's health during labor.
hospital in pleasanton prefer vaginal but open to Csection
I am located in Southern California in the Irvine area. My husband is in the military and is currently deployed. He most likely will not be able to be at the birth of our son. Because of that I will be giving birth in Napa California at Queen of the valley hospital. I have tricare and hope to get the doula services covered through my insurance. I am a first time mom so I do not currently have a birth plan per se so I am hoping the doula could help me. I am 24 years old and like I said this is my very first baby so anything helps.
Hospital birth. Hoping to go unmedicated. Need someone experienced with pain management and who can help my husband navigate the process. My family won't be supportive of going without an epidural and I don't know how supportive my husband could be if he sees me in a lot of pain. Delayed cord clamping wanted for longer than 60 seconds, until cord turns white. Skin to skin and breastfeeding are important. No Hep B. Surprise gender. Just looking. Unsure of a budget. Just need birth/labor doula. Not postpartum or lactation because I'm a postpsrtum nurse and lactation consultant
Hi looking for doula services for labor & delivery, meals and nutrition, and mental health

I am looking for someone who will support myself and my husband during the pregnancy and delivery of our baby. We would like someone who will support our desire to use informed consent when making decisions about our baby.
I’m trying to see if having a dual would help me with stress and anxiety so I can have a healthy pregnancy and baby. I had all horrible births I plan to give in a hospital last baby was at 22 weeks pregnant. I have BCBS commercial and Medicaid insurance.
I am looking for a birth doula to help prepare me for first-time labor and to accompany me and my wife in the Kaiser hospital delivery room. I think I want to do a walking epidural so that I can move around in the hospital bed and not have to deliver while laying on my back.
I really want to do a vbac but doctors are pushing for a c section. I’m also scared about trying vbac due to previous birth. I also would like to be supported during labor to help me position myself better. I have gestational diabetes so that’s playing a big factor on my why they want to do c section. I’m new to this ob because I previously lived in Los Angeles and recently moved to Bakersfield. I just need someone to help me advocate and also if there is postpartum support that can be given. I had postpartum depression with my previous pregnancy and I’m afraid to go through it again. I do have Kaiser with medical so I’m looking for someone who accepts that.
We are first-time parents with a due date of July 21st, planning a hospital birth at Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, CA. We're open to epidural and other interventions as needed. We're seeking a doula certified through DONA International, CAPPA, ProDoula, or toLabor with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, English-speaking, ideally with experience supporting births at Eisenhower or similar Coachella Valley hospitals. We'd like support for both the birth itself and approximately 4-6 weeks of postpartum care at our home in Palm Desert, with postpartum support focused primarily on overnight shifts so we can sleep while the baby is cared for. Our baby (no known special needs, single birth) will be breastfed so lactation and overnight feeding support assisting with bottle/pumped milk is a priority. Since we'll be handling general household tasks ourselves, we'd like the doula's focus to remain entirely on overnight newborn care, rather than cleaning, cooking, or laundry.
Tricare prime family member, under tricare west. I'm 26 turning 27 june 29th, this is my first baby and my husband is on deployment.
We plan to give birth at a hospital with as little intervention as possible. We just want someone to help us walk through a natural birth. We are aiming for around $1500 and if they will take insurance, that would be ideal
1. Hospital 2.Tricare Prime is my insurance and looking for a doula that accepts it

Hello, My name is Adèle and I’m currently expecting my first child, due August 23. My partner, Lucas, and I live in the Mission in San Francisco and are currently looking for a doula to support us during birth and postpartum period. We are planning a hospital birth through Kaiser at the Redwood City Birth Center, and ideally are looking someone in-network with Kaiser and able to accept Carrot benefits. A little about us: we’re a French/German-American couple in our 30s, and this is our first baby. I tend to be thoughtful and preparation-oriented, and I’m looking for someone calm, grounded, emotionally attuned, and experienced supporting first-time parents. My hope is for a supportive and relatively low-intervention birth experience if medically appropriate, while staying flexible and pragmatic (not too attached to anything). I would love someone who can help us feel informed, supported, and steady throughout labor and the early postpartum transition. If it sounds like we may be a good fit, we'd love to connect and hear more about your approach, availability around my due date, pricing/packages, and experience with Kaiser and Carrot benefits. Warmly, Adèle
