I'm looking for night doula 3 days per week for my first 2 weeks, and 1 - 2 nights per week for the following 3-5 weeks. I'm also looking for day time doula 2 - 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. I'd like the doula to have the doula certification, fully vaccinated, and a lactation certificate would be a plus.

I was planning on giving birth in a hospital, but I’m open to a conversation on home birth. I plan to give birth at UCLA Santa Monica. I really don't have much in the budget, maybe a couple thousand. I'm potentially interested in hypnotherapy and aromatherapy, but not opposed to an epidural, and would like a very quiet and calm environment with minimal yelling. Absolutely no circumcision under any circumstances. Apparently I have a chance at getting reimbursed for doula services if they work under a license of some kind, so that would be preferred. I have Blue Shield PPO, in case that's helpful. I'm 35 so "Advanced Maternal Age", and have been flagged as high-risk for my weight. Any experience helping first-time moms with larger bodies is appreciated. My first trimester has been very rough. Thanks for considering!
