Postpartum doula First 2 weeks: 2–3 short daytime visits per week about 2–4 hours each (check-ins without feeling like someone is “living in your house”, newborn guidance as questions come up, recovery support, confidence building breaks to shower/eat/rest). (2 weeks x 3 days x 2hrs = 12hrs) Weeks 3–6: taper to: 1 visit/week or “as-needed” visits (sleep feeding rhythms, fussiness/gas, recovery/emotions, returning confidence). (1 day x 2hrs x 4 weeks = 8 hrs) Prefer a doula who is: educational rather than highly hands-on, calm/low-energy presence, respectful of privacy, comfortable leaving you alone with the baby instead of hovering, flexible and non-rigid. I’m pretty private and don’t love having people in my space for long periods. I’m looking more for guidance, reassurance, and occasional help rather than someone constantly taking over baby care. Thanks!
Looking for immediate help with night feedings for newborn from certified, experienced, Trustline vetted caregiver or team. About four nights a week. I’m inquiring for my son and daughter-in-law, in Walnut Creek. Budget is flexible.
I am Jennifer Chou and am a 34 year old first time birthing mom. I live in San Francisco in the NOPA district. I am due around 10/9/26 and will be delivered at UCSF Mission Bay. I am looking for: 1. birth doula 2. daytime post partum doula, and 3. night nanny. I am looking for a night nanny who can help 5x a week for the first 3 weeks, then we slowly taper off to 3x a week for the next couple of weeks, then to eventually 1x a week for the last couple of weeks. Additionally, I am looking for a daytime post partum doula to come a couple hours a week for the first 2 weeks to help teach me how to take care of a baby. I need the care provider to have doula licensing with at least 5 years of experience. I am also looking for someone who may help out with light chores during the night time such as laundry and folding. I need someone with licensing because I want to use Maven to cover the costs. However, I am looking for the costs to hopefully to be $50-60 an hour at nighttime.
We live in Playa Del Rey and planning to have a birth in Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills. Our estimate budget is $1500-3000 but this will depend on the available options. I am working with a midwife as my primary care provider, and for now we are planning on a natural birth, preferably no induction (unless medically required), maximizing freedom to move during birth. I want to have an epidural as an option if I need it but I am planning to go without it for as long as possible and see how it goes. I am 25 yo, this is my first baby (a boy). We are looking for a russian speaking doula who will be able to help during birth and also provide guidance in postpartum journey (newborn care, pp recovery). Cleaning / cooking / laundry is unnecessary and is not a primary reason for our search but could definitely be beneficial!
Night help a few days for the first 2-3 weeks. I’m single and would love relief to be able to sleep and recovery in the first week or so.

Just someone who can help me through my pregnancy
My husband and I are welcoming our first in July. We'd love to have you based on your qualifications as a night doula for us 3x per week. We would like to chat and make sure a few things too, we do have a corgi if you are OK in dog home, we understand some people have allergies.
Night time feeding, total newborn care. From 10pm-6am
We need help with new baby so that we can adjust our schedules.
My wife would like to have someone there to advocate for her and help her in the birthing process as well as postpartum. I'm with the WGA insurance but it doesn't look like having a doula is covered.
